-Parents will accompany
their child(ren) into my home, as I cannot
assume responsibility for a child dropped
off outside my door.
- Children will only be
released to an authorized adult.
- Children will only be
accepted and released in the presence of
the caregiver or substitute and the
parent/guardian.
- If someone other than
the parent/guardian is collecting the
child(ren), they must notify me, otherwise
I will not release the child.
- No child will be
released to any adult without the
permission of the parent/guardian.
- If parents are
unavoidably delayed in collecting their
child, they must phone and inform me, with
arrangements to have their child picked up
by a someone of their choice.
- I will not release any
child to their parent/guardian (or any
person) if they appear to be intoxicated
or outwardly, emotionally unstable.
-If the parent/guardian is
intoxicated or are late and I am unable to
contact either parent(s) and I am unable
to contact any alternatives, then, as a
last resort, I am obliged to call the
